Moxifit programs and products make losing weight faster and easier! While losing weight, we focus on beginning practices that change your limiting beliefs, unhealthy habits and poor food choices. I created this program to fill the much-needed gap in the weight loss/diet industry. I struggled for years, not only with my weight but also my health in general. I have totally recharged my life and found true happiness within myself through these practices. Moxifit coaches have been trained to use my playbook to teach and guide each person to create new habits and understand what works for their own body–not the masses. Our first focus is on weight loss and healing. By meeting your weight loss goals you may lower your blood sugars and blood pressure, balance your hormones, and assist in healing many conditions including fatty liver, type two diabetes, and autoimmune issues.
