- 1 egg
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 2 tsp Bragg apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1-1 ½ tsp dill seasoning, to taste
- ⅛-¼ tsp pink salt
- Add all ingredients to a tall blending cup (usually comes with immersion blender stick).
- Using your immersion stick, blend everything together on high until smooth and creamy.
- Store in air-tight container.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
