Chili-Lime Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or salt
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat grill.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl mix all seasoning ingredients.
  • Brush mixture evenly on both sides of each chop.
  • When grill is heated, place pork on grill surface.
  • Close grill, cook 5-7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
  • Sprinkle pork with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
