Chili-Lime Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder or salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Pre-heat grill.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl mix all seasoning ingredients.
- Brush mixture evenly on both sides of each chop.
- When grill is heated, place pork on grill surface.
- Close grill, cook 5-7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
- Sprinkle pork with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
